Dr. Jack Druet

I went to medical school to help people. And I still feel the same way today.

In Poland, where I grew up I was on a national Olympic team in fencing and I went to medical school at Medical Academy in Gdansk, but immigrated to America in 1981 and didn’t finish.

When I came to the US, I restarted my education in college at Columbia University in NYC majoring in pre-med. It was a learning experience in a new country: taking college classes and working as a house painter, as a NY taxicab driver and then as a fencing couch at NY Fencers Club. I graduated in 1985 and went to San Francisco to attend UCSF School of Medicine and graduated with an MD degree in 1989. After that I trained as a general surgeon in UC San Francisco and then I moved to Sothern California to complete residency in anesthesiology at USC. There, I got fascinated by pain management as a medical specialty and got to complete my postgraduate fellowship training at Pain Management Center at Stanford University Medical School.

I have been in practice since 1995 and in Temecula area since 2002.

The Temecula Pain Management Center was set up in 2004 and guided by philosophy of having our patients feel like a part of our clinic family and putting their health needs above those of healthcare bureaucracy. We are practicing most advanced medicine in our specialty, use the latest procedural techniques and have a high level of successes with our patients functioning better and enjoying life with our help.
